You can make a reservation by filling out our online enquiry form on our website. Please remember to include what type of booking suits you!
To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit is required. The booking will not be secured until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the booking.
We do also accept cash payments. Cash must also be paid before the booking begins, at the same time as the key handover.
Please ensure your cat's food & medications, are accessible, as well as any special toys and treats to keep them at ease while we take care of them.
Unfortunately at this point we do not offer boarding.
If more frequent care is required, house sitting is a great option, in that we stay at your home with your cat.
A meet and greet is essential, and done prior to booking.
For the meet and greet, I come to your home, to visit you, your cats, and see the lay of the house for your pets. We want to keep your cats as comfortable as possible, and a meet and greet helps us in doing that. It allows us to meet your cat in a safe environment with their special human there too. It helps us understand the way your cat lives life. With questions like:
- How does your cat like their food?
- What type of litter do you use?
- Do you have a water fountain or water bowls?
Does your cat have any specific safety blankets or hiding spots we should know about?
Please note, meet and greets are free.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the booking start date, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
Please note, with peak seasons such as Easter and Christmas, the cancellation policy does not apply, and deposits are non-refundable due to the high demand for our services.
We pride ourselves in not overbooking, to ensure we have plenty of time with your pet, and that there is no time stress when visiting.
This policy accounts for the opportunity costs associated with reserving your booking, as we often have to decline other clients to ensure availability.
